happens all the time

Sometimes I take pictures of things that amuse me. I have a whole file of them on my laptop called "Um, funny." Most likely only funny to me, but maybe someday I'll share them all with you. Fingers crossed! This one I found taped to the locker next to mine at the hospital, and I grinned a little.

Common occurance at the maternity ward where I work. It's a real problem.

Thanks Far Side.

  1. I love FAR SIDE. The best is the large lady putting up the poster for missing dog. Low and behold the reader can see the poor pup stuck between her cheeks. Love it!

  2. Larson has the best sense of humor. I don't know where he comes up with his cartoons, but they always make me laugh. My favorite cartoon of his is the one where two deer are talking in a grassy field, and one has a bulls-eye on his stomach. The other deer's comment is, "What an unfortunate birthmark, Larry."
    Classic.

  3. OOO I forgot another favorite. I hope I am not spoiling future posts....but how about the far side that has the donkey sitting in a chair reading a book thinking, "Dumb Bunny" and the bunny lazily sitting on the floor thinking "Smart Ass".

    LOVE IT!

  5. Natalie...I love you. You have the best sense of humor and always manage to crack me up! Thanks for the laughs. On that note, are your cuts healed yet? If not, come on over and hold my little Abby and it will make you feel tons better! :)

  6. So I left a comment on here a couple of days ago...did you delete it for its offensive content, Nat? :-)

I don't remember what I said exactly now, but it was one of my better comments I am sure. Hmmm, BEWARE! Vengeance is sweet! Wahahahaha!

  7. Hey, what the... I would never delete your comment Lyd! And if I did, there would have been a "comment deleted by author" message which their is not. Maybe the alligators got to it.

  8. Nat, although the alligators getting to it is, most certainly, the most likely scenario, I think you have been hiding behind them too long; using their ferociousness at the root of every excuse. It's getting old.
